Calgarians celebrate International Day of Yoga

More than one hundred people showed up at Olympic Plaza downtown on Saturday to celebrate the International Day of Yoga.
The event was put on by the Sant Nirankari Mission, and featured chiropractors, naturopaths and fitness instructors promoting health and wellness.
Donations were also collected for the Nepal Earthquake Relief Fund and Canadian Blood Services also benefited as people signed up as blood donors while at the event.
This is the first event celebrating the United Nations declared day in Calgary.
