CMHA kicks off local training for Ride Don’t Hide

The Calgary region of the Canadian Mental Health Association is kicking off training for local participants in its national Ride Don’t Hide cycling event Wednesday night.
The event is aimed at getting participants into shape and starts at the Sweat Lab on Moritz Drive SW tonight at 7:30 p.m.
Approximately 6,000 cyclists take part in the fundraiser nation-wide raising awareness and funds for mental health.
There is a $20 drop-in fee, which will be donated to the Ride Don’t Hide campaign.
