It appears the wife of former Justice Minister Jonathan Denis is looking to raise funds for legal proceedings involving her husband.
In a GoFundMe post attributed to Breanna Palmer that has since been removed, she hints at situations involving her husband that we cannot report on due to a publication ban.
She adds, ‘I am not at liberty to release any details pertaining to legal proceedings…but I am asking for your help in fundraising for the purpose of covering my legal fees. As there existed a conflict in my accessing legal aide, these are currently in excess of $30,000 to date.’
A public hearing is reportedly scheduled for Thursday at 2 pm at the Calgary Courts Centre.
