Former Flames icon Lanny McDonald to chair Hockey Hall of Fame

A legendary Calgary Flame has been named chairman of the board for the Hockey Hall of Fame.
Lanny McDonald takes over the positions after serving on the Hall of Fame selection committee for the past nine years.
The hockey icon won a Stanley Cup with the flames in 1989 and was inducted into the Hall in 1992.
McDonald replaces the late Pat Quinn.
