Celebrate “Purple Day” this week in Calgary

The Calgary Tower, Telus Spark Science Centre, and the Langevin Bridge will all be glowing purple this Thursday to mark Purple Day.

Calgary Mayor Nenshi declared March 26th to be a time to “be like jelly and spread awareness” to show support for people affected by epilepsy.

Businesses, groups, and individuals in town are encouraged to participate in Purple Day by organizing activities or fundraiser events.
