Calgary school amung the top in Fraser Institute report

The Fraser Institute’s annual report card on Alberta’s elementary schools has a Calgary school tied for first place in the province.

It ranks schools based on performance indicators derived from province-wide test results.

Peter Cowley, Director of School Performance Studies at the Fraser Institute says for anyone with kids, the report contains vital information.

“Many of the things that we learn about from the report card, we find out who is in the top 20, who did well, who improved, who declined.”

The Calgary French & International School came in as the top elementary school in our city, and tied for first in the province.
