Suspects wanted in pepper spray attack in Dover

Police are looking for two suspects involved in a sinister game of ding dong ditch in the southeast.

It happened just before midnight Wednesday night, in the 3600 block of Dover Ridge Drive.

Police say residents of a home answered their door bell, and were greeted by two men who proceeded to pepper spray them.

Detective Steve Adair says police aren’t sure what the motive was.

“The two (suspects) did not appear to be known to the residents, and they fled on foot without entering,” he said.

The victims declined help from EMS.

The first suspect is described as Caucasian, 6′ tall, wearing a red and white jacket with a hood.

The second offender was also Caucasian, 5’5″, with a grey and white camo jacket and a white bandana.
