Police looking for owners of decades old photos found in Lake Bonavista

Calgary police are trying to solve an unusual mystery.
A good Samaritan came in to turn over some old photos and what appears to be passports from as far back as the 1940s, found scattered around a southeast Calgary neighbourhood.
He was out with his dog in Lake Bonavista earlier this month and found the photo album pages lying on the road.
They depict everything from weddings and children, to a young woman’s train passport from Hungary.
Police are hoping someone will recognize the pictures and come forward so they can be returned to the rightful owners.
