Police charge man in odometer roll back scheme

A man accused of rolling back odometers on vehicles is charged with defrauding more than 50 people.
Back in January, a credit card company alerted Calgary Police about a number of locally skimmed cards being used for fraudulent purchases.
The cards were being used to service vehicles and buy parts.
28 year old Andriy Plyusnin faces charges.
