Woman in court, accused of tampering with jury in husband’s trial

The wife of a Calgary doctor convicted of sexually abusing patients is herself on trial Monday at the Calgary courthouse.

Erica Levin faces a charge of obstruction of justice over alleged attempts to bribe one of the juror’s on her husbands case back in January of last year.

Dr. Aubrey Levin was convicted of fondling men who were assigned to see him by the courts and was sentenced to five years in prison.

Erica Levin’s trial is expected to last the next ten days to two weeks.
