Suspect in death of woman found in truck appears in court

A Calgary man charged after a woman was found dead in a truck earlier this month is scheduled to appear in court Thursday.
James Edward Kruse, 36, is accused of first degree murder.
The body of the victim was discovered September 3rd, after an early morning call to 911.
Initial reports suggested the woman had died of a drug overdose, but police soon took a man into custody.
Investigators have said they believe the suspect and the victim got into a heated argument, and the woman was killed following a physical assault.
