Alberta Ballet featured in Canada Sports Hall of Fame

A unique partnership which highlights the athleticism of ballet dancers across the country has been unveiled in Canada’s Sports Hall of Fame.
The hall has introduced a three-month exhibit called Immersion from artist Gordon Milne, featuring large-scale paintings from his weekly sessions at the Alberta Ballet from over the last 15 years.
President and CEO Mario Siciliano tells City they are excited about the display.
“To be partnering with Alberta Ballet it’s a unique partnership but one that really highlights the connection between dance and sport so for us we’re absolutely thrilled,” said Siciliano.
Immersion will be showcased at the sports hall of fame until July 1st.
