A Court of Queen’s Bench justice has released 27-year-old Chantelle Tiffany Campbell on $25,000 bail as well as a number of conditions.

Campbell and two men are facing second degree murder charges in the beating death of John Herrara-Garcia in the Beltline last May.  The 49 year old man, who was left in a coma following the assault, died from his injuries in September.

Campbell has been in custody since her arrest in May of 2012.  Besides posting bond, the Calgary Herald reports she must live with her grandmother, can only leave her home for work and vocational training, and to meet legal counsel or to attend court.

22-year-old Jarod Donald Henry and 26-year-old Garret Elliott Lee Smith, who are also facing second degree murder charges, had earlier posted bail.

Herrera-Garcia was severely beaten May 23, 2012, in the 1500 block of 6th Street Southwest.
