Get ready to pay a little more for City of Calgary services in the New Year.
Transit fares are going up; adult fares are being boosted by 25 cents a ride, with the cost of day passes rising by 75 cents.
Annual passes for seniors will go from $55 a year to $95, an increase of more than 36 per cent.
The Herald reports Calgarians will also have to pay more to swim and play golf and we will be asked to pay a little more for sewer, water, garbage and recycling services.
