Robbers kept city police busy overnight.

Just before midnight on December 5th, a masked man with a gun robbed a Mac’s store along Memorial Drive; cash and smokes were taken but nobody was hurt.

Then between 1 a.m. and 1:30 a.m. Thursday morning police were called out to investigate three commercial break and enters.

Two of the heists were in the southwest the other in the northwest.

Police say it’s possible the robberies were connected; one suspect was rounded up another drove away in a stolen vehicle.
