A global survey has found more Canadian workers would choose more vacation time over a modest pay raise.
The survey by Mercer found Canada is the only Country where workers feel time off is more valuable.
Employees in United States, Britain, France, China, and Brazil all say a salary increase would be preferred.
Younger workers, and employees with young children were the most likely to pick time off.
But The Globe and Mail reports the survey also found 58 per cent of Canadians were concerned about having enough funds for retirement.
