Heritage Park is opening their gates to take you back to the days of old as they celebrate Christmas past.

The annual event “Once upon a Christmas” kicks off this weekend and runs every weekend until December 23rd.
    
Horse drawn carriage rides, roving carollers, all weather skating and a delicious breakfast buffet at the historic Wainwright Hotel are all on the menu.

Admission is $8 for adults and $6 for the little ones.

However, the thrifty can grab a 50 percent off coupon at  local Safeway stores, First Calgary branches or at Golden Acres Garden Centre.
