The Canadian Food Inspection Agency is warning the public not to consume certain cherry tomatoes because they may be contaminated with Salmonella.

The CFIA says Krown brand cherry tomatoes in the 551 ml packs are being recalled.

The agency is also warning to not consume veggie party trays made at various Safeway stores containing cherry tomatoes.

These products have been distributed in Alberta, B.C., Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Ontario, North West Territories and Yukon and may have been distributed nationally.
