It’s a big day in the Canadian Football League.
Division finals will be played in Montreal and Vancouver with the winners of the games advancing to next weekend’s historic, 100th Grey Cup.
The Calgary Stampeders can punch their ticket to next Sunday’s game but they have to beat a formidable BC Lions team in Vancouver.
Thanks to running back Jon Cornish, the Stamps were a solid 12-6 on the season, but the CFL’s leading rusher says “to solidify a solid season you have to get to a Grey Cup.”
Game time is 2:30 Sunday afternoon.
The eastern final goes at 11 this morning when the Montreal Alouettes play host to the Toronto Argonauts.
