Ogden shooting leaves man in life threatening condition

Calgary police are expected to release more information Friday about a shooting that put a man in hospital in life-threatening condition.

Officers were called to a home in Ogden in the southeast, just after 9 p.m. Thursday.

The victim was rushed to hospital for surgery.

Witnesses have been interviewed, but investigators are waiting to talk to the victim when he’s well enough to.

Anyone with information about the shooting in the 8000 block of 25th St. S.E is asked to call police.
