A Saturday morning garage fire kept crews busy in McKenzie Towne.
At around 3:30a.m. the Calgary Fire Department was called to Mount Apex Green in the southwest where they found a double detached garage fully engulfed in flames.
Battalion Chief Don Huska tells 660News, “the fire also extended to a parked vehicle adjacent to the garage and the garage itself sustained extensive damage.”
Four people were evacuated from two homes during the two alarm blaze and have since returned.
No injuries were reported and the cause of the blaze is under investigation.
