Life is getting back to normal for Calgarians after that early taste of winter weather.

The city is no longer under a snowfall warning.

With the main roads improving, drivers should see a vast difference in their morning commute on Wednesday.

Road crews are also now turning their attention to priority two residential sidestreets.

Police say more than 150 crashes were reported on Tuesday between midnight and 4 p.m, about double the same time last week when streets were bare and dry.

You also won’t need to worry about moving your car if your parked on a snow route as the city says they aren’t issuing a parking ban.

The southern parts of the city were the hardest hit with close to 15 cms of snow in most parts, the north received around eight while Brooks saw the most snowfall in the Calgary area with 30 cms.

Highways around the city are still not great however, most of them are listed in fair condition with the worst areas to the south.
