A 20-year-old Calgary man is charged in the crash that killed a B.C. limo driver nine months ago.

Police believe the suspect was on drugs at the time of the crash.

A 54-year-old man was trapped in the wreckage and died January 28 when a northbound pickup truck struck his limo on Highway 99 near Whistler.

The truck driver was not injured.

Jason Mitzimberg is charged with impaired driving causing death and dangerous driving causing death.
