A Calgary mom is getting international attention for going on strike after she became fed up with her messy kids.

Jessica Stilwell chronicled her six-day experiment on her blog, entitled “Crazy Working Mom,” leading many parents from around the world to praise her actions.

The National Post reports a UK blogger named Mediocre Mom touted her as a genius.

After living through dirty dishes with rotting food sitting out for days Stilwell says her girls are finally doing their best to clean up after themselves.

Stilwell says her children are great, but she realized she was doing them a disservice by doing everything for them.
