NHL season ticket holders may be seeing a light at the end of the lockout tunnel.
Many teams are offering a return on the tickets fans have already purchased.
Anyone who’s holding tickets can get a refund, but they also have the option of letting the teams hold on to their money to rack up interest.
The Calgary Flames are offering fans the option of earning three per cent interest on money they’ve already shelled out, while some teams like the Florida Panthers and the Minnesota Wild are offering a whopping 10 per cent.
The National Post reports any interest collected can be used to pay for future NHL games.
