Duty Inspector Paul Stacey said investigators now have video footage showing persons of interest gathered in the area.
“There’s three of them, they appear to be all males, mid to late teens approximately and they’re standing looking at the fire at the very early stages before the entire complex caught on,” Stacey said.
Stacey said they appear to be near where a second initiation blaze started.
The two fires spread quickly destroying one building, and seriously damaging two others at the complex on McKenzie Town Drive.
Residents were allowed back home at about 2:30 p.m. Sunday.
