A new study will evaluate what changes, if any, need to be made to the three-year-old program.
The study may look at cheaper transfer options, effectiveness, and potential modifications to the city’s collection trucks.
Waste diversion specialist Parnell Legg tells The Calgary Sun it makes sense to review and analyze every few years.
Legg says it’s an opportunity to improve on what they already have.
The study will be finished in January 2013.
