We may be the most aggressive, but at least we’re honest about it.

A national omnibus survey found Alberta drivers are most likely to admit to speeding, running a yellow or red light, or eating while driving.

Tammy Ezer from Insurance Hotline says the things that annoy us most as drivers may also be things we’re guilty of doing.

Albertans’ biggest pet peeves are tailgating, texting while driving, and slow drivers.

One year after a distracted driving law was put in place, Albertans are still the most likely to engage in that behaviour.

But Ezer says Alberta motorists may not actually be the worst offenders.

Instead, they could be more willing to own up to their bad behaviour than drivers in other provinces.
