Calgary’s outdoor festival of food and drink is taking over the Eau Claire Plaza for the next four days as Taste of Calgary is back for it’s 16th year.

25 restaurants will have booths set up showcasing international cuisine ranging from Cajun, Caribbean, East Indian, to Persian.

Taste sampling tickets are a dollar each and all portions are served up in sample sizes.

There will also be drinks available including over 30 craft beers.

As well, entertainment for young and old including the Chocomax Interactive booth for kids.

The festival runs:

Thursday, August 16 – 11:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m.
Friday, August 17 – 11:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m.
Saturday, August 18 – 11:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m.
Sunday, August 19 – 11:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m.
