A house fire in Dover that claimed the life of a blind woman confined to a wheel chair, has been deemed an accident by Calgary Fire.

Three people were in the southeast home at the time of the August 6th blaze and though two escaped safely, the victim didn’t get out in time.

Linda Tuck, who was battling Multiple Sclerosis, was found dead inside the living room of the home where the fire started.

The investigation by Calgary fire is complete; officials say they’re not providing any details into the accident out of respect for the victim’s family.
