LONDON, England – Canadians Meaghan Benfeito and Roseline Filion sailed through the morning 10-metre platform diving semifinal on Thursday morning, handily qualifying for the evening final.

Nine days after the two divers captured bronze together in the synchronized 10m event, Benfeito, of Montreal, Que., looked particularly strong as an individual with a final score of 359.90 points — the second-highest of the morning.
