Aviation enthusiasts will have a good reason to flock to the Aero Space Museum of Calgary in a couple of weeks.
The Aviation Calgary Expo will officially kick off on Saturday August 25th.
Operations manager for the Aero Space Museum Brenda Blair tells 660News about the two headliners this year.
“A B-17 bomber coming from the Arizona Commemorative Airforce and we have a P-51 Mustang coming from Vintage Wings of Canada from Gatineau, Quebec. Both of these aircraft are in pristine condition. They are both over 70-years old and both flew in World War II,” Blair says.
Even though the expo begins on the Saturday, Calgarians will have a chance to see the Warbirds all fired up and running on the Friday night.
