Calgary police are still trying to figure out what happened to an injured man downtown during the Stampede.
During the early morning on July 12th, officers were flagged down by pedestrians who had discovered the collapsed man along 9th Avenue and 5th Street southwest.
The man was unconscious and suffering from a head injury.
After reviewing the CCTV footage, police believe someone approached the victim at the time of his injuries, removed his wallet, phone and placed it on a nearby ledge.
Police are asking this person to come forward.

He is described as Caucasian, 5’10 tall, 150 lbs., with blue eyes and short brown hair. He was wearing a blue and white plaid western shirt and blue jeans.
