A woman is dead following a motorcycle crash northeast of Calgary.
The bike the 34-year-old was driving collided with a vehicle on Highway 21 near Highway 27, about nine kilometres south of Three Hills.
STARS Air Ambulance was dispatched to the scene about 12:30 p.m. Saturday and arrived to find the patient in critical condition with life-threatening injuries.
She was airlifted to Foothills Hospital, but died before arriving; one other woman is in Red Deer Hospital with serious but non-life threatening injuries.
The driver of the truck was treated for minor injuries and released.
Three Hills RCMP continue to investigate.
