Alberta Health Services is still playing catch-up, two weeks after the electrical fire at Shaw Court crashed its online network.
More than 110 elective surgeries and 298 day procedures were cancelled July 13th at Calgary hospitals and medical clinics, creating a major back-log.
AHS workers were without patient information, email, and online communication for 36 hours before the network was brought back online.
According to The Calgary Herald as of Thursday, only 80 of the 111 cancelled elective surgeries have been rescheduled while the remaining procedures are pending due to availability.
