Andrea Thatcher, a holistic nutritionist and pro trainer with Canfitpro tells 660News the best way to get healthy is to do what feels good.
“That’s where I would suggest trail walking or even something outside that you can do alone. Tai-chi in a park, yoga in your backyard if that suits your personality. You will fail in a gym if a gym setting doesn’t match your personality,” said Thatcher.
She adds get thin quick schemes won’t work because they’re not realistic and they won’t last long term.
