One downtown parkade is upping its fees.

Banker’s Hall is now charging a hefty $45 per day, up from $35.

Troy McLeod with the Calgary Parking Authority tells The Calgary Herald even though the current prices are high, they are below the market price by about 16 per cent.

Prices at Bankers Hall after 6:00 p.m. and on weekends remain at $2, while fees around the downtown will not change dramatically.

Calgary is the only Canadian city to be included on a list of 25 international cities with the priciest parking rates.
