Court appearance for 4 accused horse killers

A fourth person has been charged in the shooting of a wild horse in central Alberta last year.

CTV reports none of the accused appeared personally in court during a scheduled appearance in Didsbury yesterday.

Three men and a 13-year-old boy are charged with offences under the Criminal Code of Canada and Alberta’s Wildlife Act.

They’re also charged with killing cattle and careless use of a firearm.

They’ll be back in court March 29th.
