Medical error report still not released

The public is still waiting on a report explaining why several medication errors happened at the Alberta Children’s Hospital, including two non-fatal drug overdoses.
Superboard representatives said that the report would be available to the public soon after it was finished.
The Calgary Herald reports it was completed in October, but still hasn’t been released.
Liberal leader David Swann says the report should have been available within weeks of the mistakes, something he plans to address.
Superboard officials say it will be ready soon.
