The 660 News Diversity Scholarship is awarded to a student enrolled in any year of a qualified Broadcast Journalism program, who submits a story, feature or series, which best explores the issue of diversity. Entries will be judged on editorial excellence, quality of production, quality of interviews, and relevance to a multicultural society. Stories or features that would be considered applicable for submission can include but is not limited to issues of concern to women, persons living with disabilities, Canada’s aboriginal community, and persons of a visible minority.
